Shift patterns Monday to Sunday 08:00-18:00, part-time and full-time hours available.

The role
- Provide personalised, 1:1 support
- Support with personal care, daily activities, and accessing the community
- Work with non-verbal service users, using communication tools and approaches
- Confident with manual handling tasks, including wheelchair use and hoisting
- Build meaningful relationships while developing professional care skills
